About this project
This is a fictional project for dream client Tony's Chocolonely. Tony’s produce chocolate with the goal to end exploitation in cocoa. They are bold, calling attention to themselves and their cause. They are changemakers, disruptive of the industry standards. With a humorous tone of voice, they address a serious subject in a digestible way. I have chosen Tony’s Chocolonely because they have a bold communication style with strong and rough graphics which correlates well with my style. They also have a strong purpose that I personally relate to. 

The assignment was to create a seasonal campaign with the theme "New Years Refreash". Emphasis on the New Years festivities and jumping into the new year with renewed energy. Deliverables was 1 campaign illustration to be used on instagram (square), 2-5 stickers based on the illustration and 1 tote bag design.
This is my mood board for the assignment. My chosen keywords were: New years, party, energy, disruption and smile.
From sketch to final illustration. Main element is a rocket in the colors of Tony's original chocolate bar (their symbol of disruption) with a cat inside - cause who doesn't like a little silliness.
